TATE MCRAE REVEALS HER THIRD STUDIO ALBUM SO CLOSE TO WHAT!!!
Tate McRae is a Canadian singer first gaining her fame on the talent TV show So You Think You Can Dance in 2016. Since then, she’s released two EPs in 2020 and 2021 respectively, placing her in both the Canadian Hot 100 and Billboard Top 100. Her 2021 EP Too Young to Be Sad was the most streamed female EP on Spotify. Tate McRae is known for her unique dance performances and songwriting. Notion and i-D magazines have dubbed her the “new teen queen” of the generation. Her third studio album, So Close to What explores an introspective look into growing up and what life has to offer with so many different roads to follow. So Close to What will be available this new record Friday 2/21/25!!!

YOUTH LAGOON’S 5TH STUDIO ALBUM RARELY DO I DREAM
Youth Lagoon, also known as Trevor Powers, began his career in 2010, releasing 3 studio albums under the name Youth Lagoon. In 2016 he retired this alias and began working on his personal projects as Trevor Powers. In 2022, Youth Lagoon returned to the scene with Heaven is a Junkyard. Youth Lagoon is known for his experimental sound combining the electronic and pop genres. Now, Powers is releasing his 5th studio album as Youth Lagoon fully written and performed by himself! This album explores Youth Lagoon’s childhood, love, and the pains of growing up, aiming to make an album that is “like life itself.”

Slime Season marks the rapper’s seventh self-released mixtape of his career and features some of the most influential rappers in the industry, including Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane. After its initial release, Slime Season gained fame in the industry, and crtitics praised him for his experimental and abstract sound in the rap game. Now, Slime Season is hopping on to that vinyl hype, making it a must-have for rap and hip-hop vinyl collectors!

THE MODERN LOVERS DEBUT ALBUM RETURNS TO VINYL!!!
The Modern Lovers was initially formed in the 70s by Jonathan Richman, later going through many changes and eventually becoming Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers in 1976. In August of 1976, the first studio album Modern Lovers was released and has been noted by Rolling Stone to be one of the greatest albums of all time!! Jonathan Richman loved experimenting with different rock sounds, and the band’s overall voice has been a significant influence in the rock industry for generations to follow.
