The LEGO Group appoints Alessandro Nasi to its LEGO A/S Board of Directors. As Nasi joins the company, Jørgen Vig Knudstorp will step down as planned last September.
With a background in Economics, Nasi has made a career in investment banking and private equity across Europe and the US. The experienced international business leader had held various leadership positions within the Flat Group and CNH Industrial companies.
Nasi is a fifth-generation member of the Agnelli family, the original founders of Fiat and multi-business family owners. The newest addition to the board of directors is the current non-executive director of Exor NV, one of Europe’s leading diversified holding companies and controlled by the Agnelli family. Nasi is also a major shareholder of Ferrari, CNH Industrial, automaker Stellantis, and Juventus.

Kristiansen also thanks Jørgen for his significant contribution to the company over the past 24 years. Since joining in 2001, Jørgen served as President from 2004 to 2016 and was appointed Chair of the Board in 2017.
