Corps of Discovery: A Game Set in the World of Manifest Destiny recreates the immersive experience and legendary journey of Lewis and Clark only this time, the wilderness is crawling with monsters!! As members of this legendary expedition, you and your team must be brave, explore the land and rid it of terrifying invasive creatures that threaten the very heart of the frontier!!
In addition to getting rid of the monsters, you’ll have to complete challenges that will require players to find specific resources throughout game play. You’ll have to use clues and your best judgement to find these resources!! This game is perfect for 1-4 players who love cooperative deduction and survival. You must all work together as each mission requires careful moves and collaborative teamwork as you figure out where critical resources are hidden, when and where to strike, and how best to work with your environment and your allies!!
The innovative map system brings the land to life: a custom contraption allows players to swap in new modular maps, creating endless replayability!
With 22 maps included in the base game and many more available to download, every expedition feels fresh and loaded with new (but also exciting) danger!!
You’ll meet familiar faces like Sacagawea and forge alliances with Indigenous tribes to overcome environmental threats and gain advantages. As the game unfolds, new mechanics emerge each chapter (Fauna and Flora) brings unique objectives, components, and strategic twists that give the game a different outcome each time!!

If you’re looking for something to have to spice up the game play, you’re in luck!! Four expansions for this game are up and coming soon—Insecta, Vameter, Maldonado, and Fog promise to add even more terrifying threats and storytelling depth to your journey into the wild unknown!!
Insecta Expansion (Releases July 23, 2025) –
As the Corps journeys west, they stumble into a forest absolutely crawling with oversized insects. The only hope? Whipping up a lethal airborne insecticide—but all the ingredients need to be carried back to your boat, and there’s a monstrous amphibian nightmare (we’re talking huge, frog-like, and extremely hungry) lurking beneath the surface of the river. You’ll need to outsmart the Ranidae, manage your resources, and blast some bugs before the infestation takes over the expedition! Yikes!
Vameter Expansion (Releases July 23, 2025) –
Deep in the untamed wild, the Corps encounters the Fezron—small, intelligent, blue-feathered beings with a big problem: the Vameter. This winged terror literally wears the heads of its victims, and it’s got your team in its sights. You’ll need to team up with the Fezron to weaken and trap this airborne horror before it escapes or takes someone else’s face. It’s all about strategy, sacrifice, and giving your sharpshooters the perfect shot—because you might not get another one.
Maldonado Expansion (Releases August 20, 2025)
Meet Maldonado, a centuries-dead conquistador with an axe to grind—and your crew in his sights. At first, he seems helpful, then the paranoia sets in! In Traitor Mode, one player is secretly under Maldonado’s sway, feeding lies and leading your team astray. Can you uncover the traitor before it’s too late? Prefer to keep it fully co-op? There’s a mode for that too—where Maldonado’s spiritual sabotage affects the whole team. Either way, your greatest threat might be standing right next to you…
Fog Expansion (Releases August 20, 2025) –
A thick, unnatural fog has rolled in—and now nothing works the way it should. Mountains feel like rivers. Forests act like plains. The terrain rules have changed… but how? In this mind-bending expansion, your team will have to relearn the land while dealing with its usual monster problems. It even includes new reference boards and fogged-up versions of all previous chapters—so yes, you can absolutely try to take down Minotaurs while your map lies to your face. Sheesh, good luck with that!!
