IDLES DOMINATES THE SOUNDTRACK FOR DARREN ARONOFSKY’S CAUGHT STEALING!!!
Deemed his favorite band, Darren Aronofsky asked post-punk band Idles to front the Caught Stealing soundtrack! Hailing from Bristol, England, Idles is a post-punk/punk rock band that was originally formed in 2009. They released a few EPs but didn’t release their first studio album until 2017 which immediately hit it off with critics and punk fans. Since then they’ve been dominating the English punk scene, eventually catching the eyes of the Caught Stealing director. The band recorded four original songs for the film, a cover, and participated in the full score composed by Rob Simonsen. The band was chosen for their punk style and sound which perfectly matches the vibe and plot of the epic new crime film!

If you don’t know Ghost by now, we’re gonna put you on! Formed in 2006 from Sweden, Ghost is a hard rock and heavy metal band. The band released their very first studio album Opus Eponymous in 2010 which earned them recognition from both rock fans and critics alike. The members revealed in an interview that the songs featured on the album were originally written in 2007 and 2008. These first few songs created the band’s satanic visual and solidified their signature style. Get this career-defining album this new record Friday!
