Nintendo is bringing its My Mario early childhood initiative to the U.S. following its debut in Japan. Designed for kids and their caregivers, My Mario is a collection of products, games, apparel, and experiences inspired by Mario and other characters from the Mushroom Kingdom.
The collection launches Feb. 19 at Nintendo’s stores in New York and San Francisco. Products speedrun to select retailers nationwide this spring, with additional items planned for release throughout the year.
Positioned as an introduction to play alongside Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Yoshi, and more, the My Mario series includes offerings developed in partnership with companies such as Mattel, Fisher-Price, and TOMY. The lineup encompasses toys, books, digital experiences, and apparel specifically designed for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age kids.
Initial offerings include wooden block sets featuring Mario characters, an interactive Hello, Mario! board book published by Penguin Random House, soft toys and plush, bath toys from the TOMY, and apparel ranging from onesies to play outfits. The program also includes a free Hello, Mario! app for smart devices and Nintendo Switch systems, launching Feb. 19, as well as a stop-motion animation series available on the My Mario website and the Play Nintendo YouTube channel.
Launch timing will vary by product as the My Mario program continues to expand through 2026.
