In 2025, Minecraft delivered exceptional growth for Disguise following the success of A Minecraft Movie, which premiered on April 4. The film’s popularity heightened fan engagement, driving demand for merchandise. Disguise delivered on this promise through authentic character costumes, elevating the brand across retail channels nationwide.
The licensing renewal grows Disguise’s long-lasting partnership with one of the most influential video game brands. Fan engagement will continue to grow as a second film is currently in development and slated for release in 2027. As a top-performing licensee for Disguise, the company will continue to design, develop, and distribute costumes and accessories for the Minecraft franchise.
