Brand Licensing Europe 2025 (BLE) is set to take over Excel London from October 7-9, offering attendees an immersive experience across licensing, entertainment, lifestyle, and sports brands. With more than 300 exhibitors and thousands of license-ready brands, including Paramount, Pokémon, The LEGO Group, Warner Bros. Discovery, Hasbro, Manchester City FC, and more, visitors can book meetings through BLE’s Event Planner and explore the BLE Matchmaking Lounge at Stand No. D121.
First-time visitors can attend seminars such as “Guide to Brand Licensing Europe,” “Brand Licensing Explained,” and show floor tours, alongside networking opportunities including Solo Traveller Mixers and Sip & Share sessions. Keynotes include a Tuesday address on “A Legend Reborn: Reimagining the Masters of the Universe Franchise” and a Wednesday panel on European economic, cultural, and retail trends.
BLE 2025 also debuts its first-ever press briefing, featuring insights from Licensing International, Circana, and License Global. Fans can enjoy interactive experiences like the BLE Character Parades, Teletubbies’ BIG FUN Bus, Strawberry Shortcake’s Berry Bestie Bake Truck, a full-sized Pickleball court by Erve and LOTTO, and the F1 automotive area with a Red Bull simulator.
Additional highlights include themed cafés such as Smurfs’ Cosy Café, Pan Am Sky Bar, and Peppa’s Big Family House, the Zen Den and Massage Lounge for wellness, the Retail Lounge with Care Bears, charity activations with Save the Children and Sebby’s Corner, the Creative Hub in partnership with Brands Untapped, and the Networking Hub offering workshops and strategic sessions.
Opening night show floor drinks will be held at Smurfs’ Cosy Café and Pan Am Sky Bar, welcoming all attendees. BLE 2025 promises a mix of business, creativity, and fun across three action-packed days.
