Earthbound Brands has brokered a new licensing partnership between Huffy and Ninja, marking Huffy’s first outbound licensing initiative and a strategic expansion beyond bicycles.
The collaboration launches with the Huffy Skyrider Jump Ramp, an 8-inch BMX ramp designed to extend the brand into action sports accessories. The product pairs Huffy’s legacy in biking with Ninja’s focus on performance-driven riding gear.

The agreement represents a category expansion for Huffy as it builds on more than 130 years in the bike industry to explore adjacent products that support active play and skill development. Additional SKUs and expanded retail distribution are planned later this year.
The Huffy Skyrider Jump Ramp is currently available through ridelikeaninja.com and Amazon. Walmart will offer it later this month.
