Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade on Nintendo Switch 2 leads this week’s releases, bringing the reimagined RPG, its hybrid combat system, and the Episode Intermission side story to the platform. Dynasty Warriors: Origins also launches today, introducing large-scale battles set during China’s Three Kingdoms period, with story paths influenced by player choices.
The update includes a free version 1.5.0 update for Mario Kart World, adding team-based racing to the Knockout Tour mode in local wireless and online play. Preorders are open for Dispatch Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, a narrative-driven superhero workplace comedy set to arrive later this month. Additional highlights include new soundtrack additions to Nintendo Music, the final days of the Supercharge Sale on Nintendo eShop, and a wide range of new titles launching this week across Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
Animal Crossing Aquarium Tour Expands to New and Returning U.S. Locations in 2026
Nintendo brings the Animal Crossing Aquarium Tour back on the road this year, with the experience visiting new and returning aquariums across the U.S. starting Feb. 13. Inspired by Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the tour blends themed activities with real-world aquatic exhibits at participating venues throughout the year.
Visitors can expect character photo opportunities, in-aquarium signage featuring game-inspired creature facts, standees of familiar characters, stamp rally activities on select days, and limited merchandise at gift shops. Additional offerings include My Nintendo check-ins for Platinum Points, downloadable mobile wallpapers, character meet-and-greets at select stops, and opportunities to play the latest version of the game onsite. Admission to the experience is included with standard aquarium tickets purchased directly from each location.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder Expands with Switch 2 Edition and Bellabel Park Multiplayer Content
Nintendo launches Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park March 26, introducing new co-op and competitive gameplay designed for Nintendo Switch 2. The update adds Bellabel Park, a new area of the Flower Kingdom featuring multiplayer plazas with a mix of team-based and head-to-head attractions playable locally, online, and via GameShare, supporting up to 12 players in select modes.
Additional features include new training challenges at the Toad Brigade Training Camp, an Assist Mode for more accessible play, the introduction of Rosalina and Co-Star Luma as playable and assist characters, and new encounters with the Koopalings across the Flower Kingdom. Players who already own the original game can access the new content through an upgrade pack. The launch is accompanied by new amiibo releases and the debut of a Talking Flower interactive item at select retail locations.
