Deftones, as we know and love, is an alternative metal band originally formed in the late 80s. They made their debut in the industry in 1995 with their first album Adrenaline which was met with extreme praise after its release. Deftones is known for their experimental, unique, and diverse sound within the genre drawing inspiration from other well-known metal influences like Nine Inch Nails and Korn. This new record Friday, Deftones is dropping their TENTH studio album Private Music. LAUFEY GETS VULNERABLE IN HER THIRD STUDIO ALBUM A MATTER OF TIME!!!
Laufey is a 26 year old singer-songwriter from Iceland known for her jazz and jazz pop sound. She rose to fame in 2020 but has been an active musician since her appearance on Iceland’s Got Talent in 2014 playing the cello. Laufey cites her grandmother as being one of her biggest influences on her music as she was a classical violinist. In 2022 Laufey released her first album Everything I Know About Love which was an album all about her personal growth as a person. Since then, Laufey has released one other studio album Bewitched in 2023, which won a Grammy in 2024, and has received several other awards both in the U.S. and Iceland for her music. This new record Friday, Laufey is getting more vulnerable and personal with new musical influences in her third studio album A Matter of Time!

Tyler, the Creator has been an influential figure in hip-hop since the early 2000s, working with the collective Odd Future and other well-known rappers in the industry as well as broadening his career with a huuuuge amount of credited productions. Tyler’s first album Bastard was released in 2009 and the artist has since released 8 more studio albums. Cherry Bomb is Tyler’s fourth studio album originally released in 2015 by Odd Future Records. Tyler produced the album almost solely himself with some features from prominent artists. The album debuted on the Billboard Top 200 with huge success at number four. The album sparked a tour and multiple physical releases. Don’t miss out on this sick career defining album!

SNAG BLACKPINK MEMBER JENNIE’S FIRST SOLO STUDIO ALBUM RUBY ON VINYL!!
Jennie, also referred to as Jennie Ruby Jane, is a singer from worldwide K-Pop phenomenon BLACKPINK. She debuted in the girl group from YG Entertainment in 2016 alongside three other members: Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo. All four members have since released personal music projects with Jennie dropping her first album Ruby earlier this year in March. Jennie is credited as writing and co-producing her album alongside notable producers like Dem Jointz and Mike Tyler. The album also features other well-known artists like Doechii, Childish Gambino, Kali Uchis, Dominic Fike, and many others. The album is noted as a stark change in her musical style from Blackpink and a new personal exploration into music.

The Smashing Pumpkins is an alternative rock band originally formed in 1988 by Billy Corgan, guitarist James Iha, bassist D’arcy Wretzky and drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, but has since undergone several lineup changes. Throughout the years, Smashing Pumpkins has evolved and moved through several areas of the alternative rock and metal genres exploring new sounds and influences. Their first album was released in 1991 and the band has since racked up a discography of 13 albums. Their fifth studio album Machina was released in February of 2000 and is now celebrating its 25th year!!
