TWENTY ONE PILOTS DROP THEIR 8TH STUDIO ALBUM BREACH!!!
Twenty One Pilots is a musical duo from Ohio known primarily for their viral album Blurryface which dropped in 2015. The duo was originally a band formed in 2009, but after multiple member departures has been active as a duo since 2011. They are known for working with several genres from alternative rock to pop and electronic sounds that make their songs funky and unique. In 2024 they dropped their seventh album Clancy which is noted as the official “end” of the character Blurryface, and the formal introduction to their conceptual character Clancy. This was met with high appraisal from fans and critics and the album landed #1 at multiple worldwide charts. Breach, dropping this new record Friday, is a follow-up to Clancy, and fans are holding the album to high standards, even noting the Clancy to Breach album run as the duo’s “Magnum Opus.”

Everyone knows Ed Sheeran, especially as the guy who sings Shape of You, the first song to hit 2 billion streams on Spotify and its parent album Divide hitting multi-platinum in the US and UK. But if you’re not looped in yet, Ed Sheeran is a singer-songwriter and highly praised guitarist from England. He first started writing songs at the age of 11 and eventually released his own EP No. 5 Collaborations Project in 2011 which got him signed to his first record label. From 2011-2023, with the exception of one album, all of Sheeran’s albums followed math symbols starting from Plus, Multiply, Divide, Equal, and Finally Minus. This new record Friday, Ed Sheeran is debuting a new era of album chronology following media symbols beginning with Play!

Formed in 1971, Foghat is a highly regarded English rock band from London. With a discography of 17 studio albums, the band has several platinum and gold certified albums for their excellence in rock and blues. Fool for the City is Foghat’s fifth studio album originally released in 1975. The album is noted as their first album in their discography to go platinum and features one of the band’s most popular songs “Slow Ride.” In this anniversary release, this iconic album gets a fresh new reissue!!

K-POP GIRL GROUP TWICE’S CHAEYOUNG DROPS HER DEBUT SOLO ALBUM LIL FANTASY!!!
Twice is a 9 member k-pop girl-group formed under JYP Entertainment. The group debuted in 2015 with their EP The Story Begins and has had a strong fanbase ever since. Chaeyoung is noted as one of Twice’s main rappers and singers, and is the first member to receive songwriting credit for a rap verse in 2016. Before participating in the talent show Sixteen which formed Twice, Chaeyoung had been a child model for magazines. She eventually gained interest in performing arts and ended up passing auditions to join JYP. After a decade in the industry, Chaeyoung is gearing up to release her first solo album Lil Fantasy following the solos of fellow Twice members Nayoung, Jihyo, and Tzuyu.
