When it comes to licensing, Upper Deck is in a league of its own. The collectible company is expanding its sports lineup by teaming up with two major names in athletics: Team Golf League (TGL) and Hockey Canada.
In an exclusive partnership with TGL, Upper Deck will create the league’s first-ever licensed trading cards in both digital and physical formats. The debut series is available now — an e-Pack commemorating fan-favorite golfers like Tiger Woods, Hideki Matsuyama, Lucas Glover, and Wyndham Clark. The line will later expand to include inserts inspired by iconic moments from throughout the 2025 season as well as rare autograph cards.
“After an incredible first season fueled by global fan enthusiasm, collaborating with Upper Deck to launch the league’s first trading card collectibles is an opportunity to deepen engagement,” said Yared Alula, Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, TGL. “Their reputation for delivering unmatched collecting experiences, combined with their long-term relationships with some of the greatest athletes in the sport, aligns perfectly with our mission to bring fans closer to the game.”
Upper Deck and Hockey Canada have been working together for more than a decade, and they show no signs of slowing down. The pair has extended their licensing agreement, with plans to introduce a new range of trading cards and memorabilia in early 2026. Highlights from the upcoming line include the 2026 series of Upper Deck Team Canada, new print-on-demand Game Dated Moments cards, and a variety of collectibles, like autographed jerseys and pucks, signature displays, and spokesperson collaborations.

“We are excited to continue our great partnership with Upper Deck to highlight and celebrate the tremendous athletes who wear the Maple Leaf and represent our country with pride,” said Dean McIntosh, Senior Vice-President of Revenue, Fan Experience and Community Impact for Hockey Canada. “For collectors and hockey fans across Canada and around the world, we look forward to connecting them with their favorite players and moments through the Hockey Canada trading cards and memorabilia collections, and creating lifelong memories for them in the years to come.”
Upper Deck’s debut TGL e-Pack is available now, exclusively at upperdeck.com. While the new Hockey Canada products won’t launch until 2026, its past collaborations are available at Upper Deck’s Certified Diamond Dealer hobby shops and online.
