When it comes to licensing, World Poker Tour (WPT) has an ace up its sleeve. The global tournament is going all-in with Genco International on a multi-year deal to create branded, competition-ready poker products.
Under this agreement, Genco will design, manufacture, and distribute a revolving line of WPT gameplay items that capture the event’s energy and aesthetics. The lineup will feature a wide assortment of products to appeal to both casual and pro players, from home gaming accessories and starter sets to casino-ready chips, cards, shufflers, and chutes. If Genco plays its cards right, the first licensed products will launch in late 2025 across North America.

The partnership follows Geneco’s recent acquisition of Kroeger, which has taken over its Canadian distribution. This shuffle broadened Genco’s expansion into the licensing sphere, namely in gaming and specialty categories. With its multi-year agreement with World Poker Tour, Genco can play the long game and continue to grow its presence within entertainment-driven consumer sectors.
