Hasbro reveals Connect 4 Frenzy, a new version of its popular Connect 4 game featuring an all-new gameplay mechanic. Instead of taking turns, players race to bounce their discs off the table and into a horizontal grid, aiming to get four in a row while intercepting and stealing opponents’ spots along the way.

Connect 4 Frenzy is available now for preorder on Amazon and will be available at major retailers beginning Aug. 1. The game is designed for 2-6 players, ages 8 and up, and features a portable design with all-in-one storage. Rounds are quick, lasting around 10 minutes, and multiple gameplay modes are included, from high-speed simultaneous action to a more relaxed turn-based option.
The game also features alternative challenges where players can aim for corner or center spots only. Connect 4 Frenzy has a suggested retail price of $14.99.
