Moose Toys is making a leadership change in its U.S. business as a longtime executive steps away.
Jeff Hurst will retire at the end of March following a career that helped shape Moose Toys’ North American operations. The company credits Hurst with playing a key role in building its U.S. business and supporting teams across global markets.
As part of the transition, Moose Toys appointed Chedney Rodgers as Executive Vice President, U.S. Sales & Marketing. Rodgers will oversee a unified structure that brings sales and marketing together under one leader.
“Jeff has played an important role in shaping our U.S. business and will leave Moose with our thanks and respect,” said Steve Arkeveld, Chief Commercial Officer at Moose Toys. “As we look ahead, appointing Chedney is an exciting step — she’s a proven leader with the commercial strength and energy to drive the next phase of growth in the U.S.”
“I’m incredibly excited to step into this role and build on the strong foundation Jeff has created,” Rodgers said. “Bringing sales and marketing together creates a powerful opportunity, and I’m looking forward to working with our teams and retail partners to shape what’s next for Moose in the U.S.”
Hurst’s retirement closes a significant chapter for Moose Toys as the company transitions leadership and prepares for its next phase.
Rodgers joined Moose Toys in 2022 and is based out of the company’s U.S. headquarters in the growing toy district of El Segundo, California.
