With its latest acquisition, Moose Toys is bringing its North American shipping, warehousing, and distribution operations all under one roof.
Previously, Moose Toys relied on external providers to manage its storage and delivery processes. However, the toymaker has now acquired a fulfillment and logistics company based in Tacoma, Washington, giving Moose Toys in-house, end-to-end control over its supply chain.
We are aggressively pursuing our goal of becoming the most innovative toy company in the world. To achieve that, we are always looking for ways to disrupt convention, as it’s the Moose way.”
— Ben Dart, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Moose Toys
By owning the process, Moose Toys is able to deliver products to retailers and consumers efficiently, maintain cost control, and seamlessly scale operations to meet evolving demand. Ultimately, the acquisition strengthens the company’s infrastructure and supports its long-term goal of providing top-tier service while driving innovation. Going forward, Moose Toys plans to continue investing in optimization by integrating advanced automation, robotics, and e-commerce capabilities into the process.
“Our customers will immediately experience the benefits of our expanded capabilities,” says Ben Dart, Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Moose Toys. “With everything owned and managed by Moose, we gain full autonomy and the agility to execute, deliver, and adapt to our customers’ evolving needs.”
