Gorillaz is a band that hardly needs an introduction with an absolutely smash hit discography. Formed in 1998 Gorillaz are a creation of Damon Albarn from Blur and artist Jamie Hewlett. With a never before seen virtual band concept at the time, Gorillaz took off with a unique and distinct identity. Gorillaz entered the electronic hip-hop sphere and has dominated charts ever since. The band consists of four virtual members and originally performed with computer graphics on tours, but also has a live band. They released their first album in 2001 and have since won several awards from Grammys to Britpop. An SUNY Purchase College of Music graduate, Mitski is an American singer-songwriter. She first released music as a college student with her first two albums in 2012 and 2013. Mitski has a unique indie rock sound with low register vocals and a prominence in guitar and piano. Her last album released in 2023 became her first hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with the song “My Love is Mine All Mine” after becoming a viral song on social media. Before this she was also acclaimed for her albums Laurel Hell and Be the Cowboy, both released before The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We. This new record Friday we’re getting an all-new side of Mitski!

Originally released in 2005, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out is Panic! at the Disco’s debut studio album. And believe it or not, this album was recorded right here in the DMV at SOMD! Studio in College Park! It remains one of Panic at the Disco’s most popular albums and received a quadruple platinum certification in 2023. The band wrote and recorded the album immediately after graduating high school and would spend up to 14 hours a day in the studio on a budget of $11,000. A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out is home to tons of songs you know and love from the band like “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” “Lying Is the Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off,” and more! GEESE RELEASES THEIR SOLD OUT SHOW LIVE FROM THIRD MAN RECORDS ON VINYL!!
Geese is an American rock band formed out of Brooklyn, New York in 2016. The band self-released their first album in 2018 titled A Beautiful Memory before later signing with Partisan Records. The band has since released three other studio albums including their most recent in 2025 titled Getting Killed. Two weeks before the release of Getting Killed, the band played a sold out show at Third Man Records in Nashville playing the new album in full alongside two other singles from previous works. This direct-to-acetate recording releases this new record Friday!

Active since 1985, Rob Zombie has had a hand in multiple records, movies, and shows. Rob Zombie and bassist Yseult formed the band White Zombie in 1985 and took off with their careers. Rob Zombie went solo in 1998 with an album that debuted at #5 on the Billboard Hot 200. Now after six years, Rob Zombie is taking it back to his roots with his eighth studio album The Great Satan!
