20 YEARS IN THE MAKING, MY MORNING JACKET PRESENTS IS, THE 10TH STUDIO ALBUM
Formed in 1998 by Jim James, My Morning Jacket is an American rock band known for their country rock and psychedelic sound. The band released two studio albums before signing to ATO Records, gaining a large following in both Europe and America. In 2008, MMJ released Evil Urges, the album that marked a shift in sound for the band eventually earning them a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Rock Album. In the 2010s after Circuital, the group took a break, focusing on personal activities before reuniting to create Waterfall and Waterfall II in 2015. Now, after almost 30 years of history, My Morning Jacket is set to release their 10th studio album, Is. The band has mentioned how this has been an album 20 years in the making and a massive project that truly began from their album Z in 2005. Get stoked for a new era of MY MORNING JACKET this new record Friday!!!

JAPANESE BREAKFAST RELEASES THEIR 4TH FULL STUDIO ALBUM FOR MELANCHOLY BRUNETTES (& SAD WOMEN)!!
Starting from a side project by Michelle Zauner, Japanese Breakfast has become a lead group in psychedelic and indie pop. Japanese Breakfast was initially named after Zauner saw a GIF of Japanese breakfast and thought Americans would find the name intriguing. The band’s first album, Psychopomp, released in 2016, was an amalgamation of emotions after Zauner’s mother passed. This critical album, full of solemn and grief, became the band’s road to success after signing with a record label. Following their next few albums, Jubilee (2021) was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album and Best New Artist at the 64th Grammys, fully showcasing and expanding the group’s fame and acclaim! Now, after almost over a decade of history, the group is preparing their 4th full studio album, coming to you this new record Friday!!!
